Star Wars Identities Exhibition in London
If you didn’t see my previous posts about writing blog posts about things about me and lifestyle kind of posts go to my blog changes and new idea posts to read up. Basically I want to occasionally write a few different pieces and I have created a new category called ‘Just Jenni’ which you can find in my drop down menu. So here goes my first ‘Just Jenni’ post! I hope you enjoy. It’s about the Star Wars Identities Exhibition I went to in London!
Something you may not know about me is that I like Star Wars! My partner is a massive Star Wars fan too so we went up to the o2 in London to see the Star Wars Identities Exhibition. It was good and any Star Wars fan should go and visit. It costs £25 a ticket and there are lots of displays, original designs – including what Yoda, C3P0 and Chewie were originally meant to look like! I can’t display the images but you should go and check them out.
As you enter you are handed an audio guide that you can listen to in designated spots and an interactive wrist band. As you walk round the exhibition there are is an interactive quiz like game to play which designs your very own Star Wars character. Once you reach the end you can get your Star Wars character emailed to you if you wish. Here is mine…
The Star Wars Identities Exhibition!
The exhibition includes props, models, costumes and original artwork! Some of the models were really fascinating!
There were ships!
I found out that Chewbacca’s character inspiration was actually from George Lucas’ dog. George Lucas had a pet Alaskan Malamute called Indiana.
I really encourage you all to visit the exhibition if you are a Star Wars fan. Your children would also love this if they like Star Wars too. My favourite but was seeing all the ship models and the different characters.
If you enjoyed this post please let me know. It would be really nice to get some feedback.
