Yes, this post is ANOTHER easy three-ingredient homemade slime recipe. I like to use the slime recipes that don’t include borax as an ingredient. Borax has been known to give children chemical burns and breathing problems. I wont use borax in any craft activity because I don’t want to take the risk. This recipe though is very easy and borax free! If you would like to check out my previous slime recipe post you can find it here.

For this three ingredient slime recipe you need:

Two 4 ounce bottles of Elmer’s school glue

Food colouring or watercolours

1 bottle Sta-Flo Liquid Starch

Add the Elmer’s school glue into a bowl with several drops of food colouring or watercolours. Mix thoroughly together.

Add about a tablespoon of the Liquid Starch at a time to the glue mixture. Mix together with a spoon and add more Liquid Starch until the mixture stops sticking to the sides. When the mixture has clumped together in the centre of the bowl, take it out and use your hands to stretch and kneed it.

If the mixture is too sticky, add more liquid starch. If the mixture is too stringy add more Elmer’s school glue.

Store the slime at room temperature and make sure your store it in a sealed container. This recipe should last several weeks if stored correctly.

Why don’t you add some glitter or some sequins to some pink slime?

Slime is so versatile as you can make it different colours, add different objects and make it different textures. Why don’t you mix it up a little and see what you can end up with!
